Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Osiflow, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not use the platform. These terms may change from time to time, and continued use of the platform will indicate your acceptance of any updates.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use Osiflow responsibly and legally. You must not engage in any activity that:
Violates local, national, or international laws.
Distributes harmful or illegal content.
Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.
User Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for any content or project data you upload or share via Osiflow. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, display, and share this content within the platform’s operations to fulfill our services. You retain ownership of your content, but it is your responsibility to ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that Osiflow will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Osiflow, or its affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data, or other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Osiflow at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so for legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of Osiflow after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Data We Collect
We collect:
Account: email address, password hash
Usage: HMI descriptions you submit, chat messages, audit results
Session: IP address, device/browser info, login timestamps
You do NOT collect payment data directly
Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)
Contract performance: to provide the HMI audit service you signed up for
Legitimate interests: abuse prevention, rate limiting, security logs

Data Retention
Account data: retained while your account is active + 30 days after deletion
Audit reports: deleted when you delete them or your account
Session logs: retained for 90 days for security purposes
International Transfers
Data is processed by Anthropic (USA) and Vercel (USA). These transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
